This medal is similar to York Cathedral  but it is a different variety from that listed in Taylor 13d or in Van Hoydonck No. 112 or in Reinecke No. 37.  It is listed in Ross, however. The text in Van Hoydonck and Reinecke is in English (see previous medal), whereas the text of this rare specimen is in French.
