Friedrich Wilhelm Viktor Albert (1859-1941), Wilhelm II, Emperor of Germany, was King of Prussia from 1888 to 1918. He was the grandson of William I, King of Prussia and the first Emperor of Germany. He was also the grandson of Queen Victoria. His father was the Emperor and King Frederick III. His mother, the Dowager-Empress Frederick, was Princess Royal of Great Britain and Ireland. The Empress was Princess Augusta Victoria (1858-1921) of Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Augustenburg.
