Gérard I. D’ Alsace (1030-1070), is considered by some as the First Duke of Lorraine (see above).

Hedwige de Namur, also known as Hadwide Namur and Hudevide de Namur, was born in 1030. She married Gerard I, Duke of Lorraine. She died in 1075 at Châtenois, Lorraine, France.
